PRISM Signs Definitive Agreement (“DA”)with nDatalyze Corp for RTO onto CSE

Prism is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding Business Combination Agreement with nDatalyze Corp. that was previously described in the Mar 11th News Release. Prism successfully completed a $400,000 private placement raise on May 11th which was a precurser to obtaining this DA.
