A “World-Scale” Critical Mineral Resource Company

PRISM has spent several years extensively developing these resources and plans to enter the commercialization stage with preliminary economic assessments and feasibility studies planned for high purity iron powders and electric metals (vanadium and cobalt), with a Pilot completed during 2026, a Demonstration plant in 2027 with Feasibility Study during 2028 and commercial rollout anticipated for 2029-2031.

Featuring a resource of 149 million tonnes of iron (Fe) and 903,594 tonnes of vanadium pentoxide, PRISM plans to use both established and proprietary processing technologies to bring its large critical mineral base into commercial production.

Metals produced will be sold as:

  • Primary steel products such as billets, blooms and slabs

  • Iron powder as a feedstock substitute for Pig Iron, HBI or DRI for the Electric Arc Furnace and Induction Furnace markets

  • High purity iron powders for additive manufacturing and 3D printing

  • Vanadium as a metal and as Vanadium Pentoxide for the Redox Flow battery market

Although not included within the NI 43-101 technical resource report, there is significant potential for the following credits:

  • Gold

  • Cobalt

  • Phosphorous

  • Rare Earth Elements (REE)

Using environmentally-friendly manufacturing methods, PRISM plans to become a leading supplier of strategic metals to meet increasing global demand.

PRISM's strategic mineral resource is located at Clear Hills, approximately 500 km northwest of Edmonton, Alberta with existing infrastructure and access to the region's major industrial heartland.
