PRISM recently completed a $400,000 private placement and is is currently undertaking a fundraising of $1.6 million in order to conduct a planned RTO and listing on the CSE. The funds raised will be used to progress the Pilot plant at Innotech Alberta and to produce a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
